My nail technician barely said a word during the appointment - can't say I felt very valued as a customer. The treatment felt a little rushed. The results were fine and overall it was good value for money, but I don't think I will be going back due to the poor service.

My daughter and I each had both a manicure & a pedicure. We agreed they were the best we'd ever had! The manicurist was absolutely meticulous and did a first-class job!! (And she was nice …!)
