It’s ok, but it’s not luxurious. It was good value for money (though I did get a discounted price in the app) and for such a central location it was very good. The beautician did a very good job and was very nice. Staff in general were polite. However, there’s nothing luxurious about the venue or the facilities. I would have expected a massage chair, a nice invigorating foot massage and/or hot wrap but there none of it.

Usually have my nails done with Jessica but as she is on maternity leave I had a new lady who was lovely, very attentive to detail, very efficient and did a lovely job, Thankyou!
