Had my booking confirmed by text this morning having booked 4 weeks ago. I have been really looking forward to this after a previous positive experience. Arrived 10 mins early to be greeted by 2 receptionists from the gym (a separate business) shocked to see me saying that Lem is in Ghana or Dubai so there’s no appointment possible. I’m so so disappointed.

Overall the massage was great, but a face mask was not worn by my massage therapist at any point and I was even asked to remove my mask as the massage will change the the way my breathing. Probably should have challenged it, but didn't. Going forward, masks should be compulsory by both the massage therapist and client, especially in a close, confined room.

- She didnt wear a mask - She said she cleaned the place with sage... WITH SAGE! - She had long nails that scratched - Alot of time was spent on chakras etc... I was just there for a regular massage without the spiritual stuff

What a great experience. The first time I've been for a wax and it actually felt like a relaxing treat! Jackie was an absolute professional - a perfectionist waxer but also made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Would recommend!
