Welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk into the salon to going upstairs to the spa section of Pure Hair Spa. Lydia was calming and the wax experience was excellent! The room was calming and smelt divine. The attention to detail was great and Lydia ensured I was satisfied before I left. Would highly recommend here for the Hollywood Wax! ❤️

My haircut with James was… mixed. Not really a “Spa” like experience. James was great and I was very pleased with my haircut but it all felt a bit chaotic in the salon. There were a few women that came in after me and a member of staff kept on coming up to James to ask him when he was nearly done. I was there on a Saturday so I can imagine it is normally quite busy at that time. Not sure if I’d go again.
