I was so pleased with my visit today. Hair cuts have always been a very stressful time for me since I’m so particular about what I like. But I went in for a restyle and James was SO helpful. I asked what he suggested I have done which would suit me and I wanted to go shorter. He made his suggestion and we went with it. The results I love! He made me feel really comfortable and took me through the process was a lovely experience 💕
Ladies' Restyle Haircut
Booked Ladies Shampoo & Cut. Hairdresser took it upon themselves to blowdry my hair (I never asked nor was advised of additional costs). I was approached mid-appointment by another member of staff (still sat in the chair having my hair cut) and was asked to settle my balance as I had only paid for a wash and cut. Explained that I never requested a blowdry/weren't advised of additional costs - they didn't care, I had to pay up. Unprofessional and rude, in which case wouldn't recommend this salon.
