With the price range I would expected a bit extra of a treatment with better product. I didn’t feel any special treatment from other places and it wasn’t as I expected just an average. disappointed.

Meticulous keratin treatment by Ozzy and the lovely lady (I’m ashamed to say I forgot her name) who looked after me. They made light work of my long frizzy hair and we even all had a laugh about how stubborn the baby hairs near my forehead were. Not once did they burn my hair or the skin on my ears in an effort to dry and then iron the keratin in. They were very careful and thorough. I also felt very safe in terms of Covid measures. Thank you very much for looking after me!xx
