It felt like a conveyer the moment I arrived.No one confirmed my order and just sat me there without any questions.The bleaching was terrible, it hurt like hell.Stylist used brush to "ease" the pain but instead scratched my scalp more and intensified pain.Bleach was all over my skin, but actual hair was poorly coated.Even after 2 rounds of bleach I have patches.After he tried to apply some perm.toner without any prior discussion!Water was often hot which is a no-no for bleaching.NEVER again!!!
