Did not listen to what I wanted. Cut my hair way too short and a horrible shape. I only asked them to trim a little bit off the back to stop it flicking out.
When I said I hadn't wanted it that short, they just said it looked good and didn't seem to care that I didn't like it. I'm really upset and am going to have to find a way to hide it for months while it grows out.

Was a lovely service. First discussed what it was that I wanted - had pictures to show for reference - and then did exactly that! Wanted a subtle but noticeable balayage/ombre and that’s what I got. Very happy with my hair and would come back here again. Perhaps I’d even go lighter!
