Great experience at 18 Hair and Beauty. I’m a bit hopeless at trying to explain what I want in a haircut, but Ozzy managed to figure out my very generic description of ‘a couple of inches off, with layers and a fringe’ to give me the best haircut!! My hair is now so voluminous, shiny and bouncy! It was exactly what I wanted and Ozzy was really fab. Kudos to the other gentleman who shampoo’d my hair too- really polite and it was so nice and relaxing! Can’t wait to book my next appointment in!
