The lady was exceptional and clearly understood her job very well. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the whole interaction pleasant and reassuring. Highly appreciated!I would definitely recommended her

As someone who can be quite fussy with my hair, I couldn’t recommend Pure & Hair Beauty highly enough! Ozzy is amazing, always delivering exactly what I want and I leave loving my hair. The whole team are lovely, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
