I was unable to make my initial appointment, but had problems rescheduling via the Treatwell app and couldn’t easily reach the salon directly. When I did speak to someone there, my rescheduling request was accommodated but I was made to feel as if it was a burden on the salon and blamed for not being able to reschedule sooner, despite my efforts. The staff member was brusque and unpleasant but did accommodate me, and the eventual massage was very good.
