I was running late as I had a sick young child and I had phoned the spa to tell them I am on my way. Upon my arrival I gave my name and instead of asking me how I am or can I take your coat I was greeted with "Your late so I am going to have to give you a very quick pedicure". My response was I don't want it if its rubbish to which she again replied "I will have to be quick". She had no smile, no customer service what so ever. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but the service was shocking! Awful
