Relaxing but have had better massages. I picked the aromatherapy massage. 3 choices of oils. Didn’t really feel like all the knots came out, but maybe an aromatherapy massage is not meant to be as strong. The spa looks more like a nail place. The rooms are at the back. The room only had a folding door separating it from the room next door do felt like someone else was in the room with you. There is a nicer spa in Balham so will probably go back there instead.

Amazing deep tissue massage, really focused on mu tense areas and adjusted the pressure where needed. Wonderful!!
