Unfortunately the nail technician had not turned up as she thought the salon was closed that day (even though I understand she only lives 30 minutes away she still did not come in after the salon called her) and the salon didn't have time to tell me before I went in for the appointment. The lady who did my nails was lovely and did her best in the circumstances but it was a real shame that the absent nail technician left her colleagues and clients in that position.
