Anastasija was very friendly and relaxing and immediately put me at ease whilst checking what I was expecting from my treatment and explaining the process clearly (it was my first facial). The facial was thorough and relaxing and my skin looked excellent afterwards. Anastasija was helpful with explanations and advice and lots of compliments, I have already booked another treatment with her.
