I had some waxing treatments and they were very thorough, done with a lot of concentration. It did take a little longer than usual but that probably means care was taken. The staff are friendly too.

I had my first wax in the UK at Pure Essentials, so I didn't know what to expect, but I can say that I'm definitely satisfied!
Annie, who took care of me, was really nice and talkative. She also gave me a couple of advices on how to take care of my skin after the treatment, and what products could help me with it.
I'm definitely going back for another treatment!
