I was pleased with my treatment at Pure Essentials, and would go there again. The treatment room is 'no frills' but that doesn't matter very much to me, especially for a wax. She understood exactly the shape I wanted and was very thorough and professional.

My therapist talked me through the process and checked in on me regularly to ensure I was ok. The treatment itself isn’t supposed to be relaxing or gentle but she ensured I was comfortable and explained the results I could expect. I saw 1.5inch loss immediately.
