The experience was overall okay, but I didn’t like how they did my nails and they caused injury in on my pinky nail, that got infected the next day. I think they should get more training on doing nails. If you can’t provide a good service don’t attempt doing it. Or be more transparent. The nails were for my birthday, it got me very upset. They did try to amend it but the damage was already done. I wouldn’t go back for my nails but the waxing was okay, Sahota and her colleague were nice.
