Great place for a no frills facial. Atmosphere was a bit lacking, but staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent top notch product line.
First impression, Salon was cold, customers kept on their coats. Receptionist was somewhat friendly and did offer a hot drink, but only Tea. Promised heating would be on but this did not happen during treatment. Therapist was polite, friendly, but before starting treatment failed to ask important health question, referenced any questions to lady on reception desk, possibly owner of salon. During treatment therapist was heavy handed with cuticle preparation which resulted in blood being drawn, leaving cuticle red and uncomfortable. Overall finished result, fair, standard expected from a trainee.
I have been going to Pure Beauty for years and I am extremely happy that I found it! If you live in Fulham and need a regular beautician, this should be where you go. The owner Hilary is wonderful and very welcoming, runs a brilliant salon and does her upmost to make sure she can get you an appointment even at short notice. I have waxing and pedicures on a regular basis and the girls are always very thorough and my pedicure lasts for weeks. I have had deep cleansing facials which are very good and leave your skin looking amazing. I only wish I had more time to indulge in the massages because the last one was the perfect pressure, the oil smelt amazing and I left totally relaxed. I had eyelash extensions for my 40th and they were brilliantly done. It is not often you find somewhere that is consistently good and has a warm welcome and great customer care which makes Pure Beauty a rare find.
I went in for a shellac mani. The salon is lovely and cosy, there was friendly service, and my nails were shaped exactly in the way that I'd asked and look great.
Really lovely salon, easy to get to with good parking facilities. I was seen straight away and the therapist was very polite and efficient. The massage was lgreat, just the right pressure and the facial was very relaxing and made my skin look amazing after. I especially liked that while the face mask was drying the therapist gave me a hand and arm massge, usually they just walk out for 10 mins and come back when its dry, this was a nice touch. Will definitely be back!
