I struggle with anxiety and I asked before if I could bring my mum along knowing it might be a bit difficult and we were both made to feel so extremely comfortable! I booked for one treatment and wanted to book for another the same day if there was space available and it was so easy! As someone who really struggles to find somewhere where I feel comfortable this was the best decision I made and that’s just on the customer service. The treatments I got were fantastic, truly the best experience.

Iris is a true professional , lovely person to talk to , so gentle with her application . I didn’t even realise she was finished until she said . No products went in eyes whatsoever , and oh my what a fantastic lash lift and brow lamination.First time having this treatment very natural looking .Cannot recommend enough,
