I had a good experience at Rivaj. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I was satisfied with the service. I've had slightly less painful waxes, but I can't fault the results. I'm very pleased I tried this salon and would recommend to anyone.

I am very happy with the service I have been there a few times and had different services for hair, beauty and make-up. Very friendly and helpful staff i have always been asked for tea or coffee.
Disappointing, rude staff.
This was a disappointing experience. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There were two staff in the shop when I entered, one (stylist and I was told manager) and a younger assistant. The stylist was sitting down on a chair doing nothing while the assistant was cleaning when I entered. I felt as if I was imposing on the stylists time even though there was no customers in. The stylist was very rude to the assistant and marked many orders at her.i was asked if I would like a drink, I asked for water.when assistant got me my drink it was in a cup, stylist rudely said "why didn't you use the disposable cup for her". While my hair was being washed by assistant, water was either freezing or boiling, no in between and I had to tell her, she did not ask. She managed to get water all over my face also. During this time, stylist went and replaced my water (which I hadn't had a chance to drink yet) for a disposable cup and she drank out of the cup I was originally given. Stylist didn't really listen to what I was wanting for haircut and required prompts from me for how I had originally asked (was about 4 inches shorter than I wanted, and cut against my wavy hair so it flicked the way I hate it). She parted my hair in the middle without asking where I part it and when I stopped her politely, she looked at me like I was a big burden.
No conversation during haircut other than stylist barking orders at assistant. Tension was so evident!
Then two younger teenagers (perhaps her kids?) came in and sat half a metre away. They started talking in their language and the two teenagers and the assistant just sat and watched the whole time. Very uncomfortable! I told her I don't blow dry my hair under before and during her drying my hair , but that's what she kept doing. Mid haircut, the assistant was sweeping right under my feet before it was even finished.
Overall- wouldn't go back. Rude and unprofessional. Didn't listen to what I actually wanted for a cut. I want to go back to another salon to fix my hair as the shape is not good.
