Kelsey was expecting my arrival and was courteous on arrival despite being busy with other customers.
Agree took time to discuss the shade I wanted and clearly explained the process.
She was respectful on the appointment (when you're in a vulnerable state of undress!) and was easy to chat to.

Booked a gel manicure. The staff and salon were great, lovely atmosphere. However I do think more there could have been more attention to detail with the manicure itself. The gel used was also not great quality as it started to chip after a few days and after just 10 days most of it had peeled off.
