I've been here a lot and usually always love it. this time they had an issue with the music so part of my treatment time was taken up with them trying to sort that out. slightly disappointing than usual but will come back because usually great.

Massage itself was good. No music playing so could hear doors opening and closing, conversations and traffic. Not as a relaxing experience as it could have been if light spa music played and lights were dimmed
