The spa itself is nice and the receptionist was nice on arrival. There was a miscommunication between the staff about the length of time I’d booked the massage for and when the therapist realised she had gone over she got very annoyed with me and said I should have told her, and then stormed out of the room leaving me unsure of what to do. I had no idea she’d gone over. The treatment was ok other than a very awkward ending so I’m unlikely to return.
