The Hollywood wax was basically painless - I’ve never had a pain free wax. It was incredible. The only reason I gave a 4 is the therapist was a bit carefree with the application of wax which does make me a bit nervous! The massage was really good. I had Joy who was so lovely & gave a really good massage. Would definitely recommend. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful as usual.
