Went in today and the person who was supposed to do my facial wasn’t there so another staff did my facial. I really did like it, she explained what she was doing and the benefits of the products. My face skin texture did improve after the facial and I’m happy about that but my main concern was hyperpigmentation and I think she didn’t use all the products from the line she was supposed to use but that’s fine.

The appointment was stated as back, neck and shoulders, but because I booked one hour, we have agreed with the therapist that I could ger a whole body massage. My muscles were quite sore, but the therapist really worked hard to get through all of the tension! the massage started few minutes past the booked time but it was full hour as expected. I was leaving past the closing time, but the staff didn't mind that at all.
I tend to get massages quite often but in different places because of my rather unexpected schedule, so this was my first time in Proud Thai Spa. I was really nicely surprised by the level of massage and I'm about to try and book another session.
