I instantly knew I was in excellent hands, and was treated with professionalism and warmth. I was significantly looser and more relaxed when I left and I will definitely be returning.

She was nice. However, her waxing skills were not. Wax was a little hot, I mentioned it to her but she just said it’s supposed to b like. So I left it.
She then started waxing it huge patches in one go, and that’s not good at all!! Especially when it’s a sensitive area. It was like she was in a rush.
When she finished, she wiped it with an oil. However, when I stood up there was dry wax lines on my inner thighs and little balls of dry wax on my waxed private area. I was mortified, I’ve never received a Hollywood wax as bad as this before. It made me upset how much money I had wasted for a service like this.
When it all finished, she then left hurriedly because her phone started to ring. She did not even pass me a towel to cover myself and she opened the door to get out while I was bare naked. Honestly
Wanted to complain to reception but the lady who waxed me, she was there instead. I did not want to be rude and just left.
I’m just upset about this service and really would not go back at all. It’s a shame really.
