Staff on reception were friendly enough but the massage therapist herself was not (she looked bored, barely said hello, barked orders at me, didn't ask any questions about any specific aches and pains) and so did not make me feel comfortable/welcome. The room was quite cold and had little ambience.
There was also building work going on in the room next door, which was unlucky. The owner was apologetic and provided a £5 voucher for money off next time, but considering the other negative aspects I won't be rushing back.
