The lady who massages me was great. The spa needs to just rethink their customer service with the prices they charge (btw its cash only). I received 3 phone calls while at work, which I found out was to ask me to come in earlier. I got there 5 mins early anyway and I was told they are very busy in the evening and a high turn over of people. Having booked online a time slot I was not expected to feel like they were doing me a favour. I didn’t have cash so I was watched like a hawk to the ATM.
