The actual massage was nice but I would give the overall experience 5 stars if 2 other aspects could be addressed. 1. The room was not isolated noise wise so could hear loud talking as people were coming up and down the stairs 2. The face hole (can’t think of another word to describe it) on the bed is too small and so laying on front makes face sore.
If these 2 things could be improved somehow that would be good.
My therapist was lovely and the massage was very good for achy joints. Thank you.

I was really happy with the massage on my shoulders and knots feel a lot better, however the rest of the massage was a bit random/not as good.
