I was overall very unhappy with my visit to Proud Thai. I had booked two treatments, a deep tissue massage and reflexology. The massage was quite painful and I'm still hurting two days after. I've found myself Googling whether strong massages can ever actually damage muscles. What annoyed me most however was that I didn't get reflexology at all. I'd paid for one hour reflexology and what I got was about 15 mins of foot and calf massaging, before the therapist went back to my back, neck, shoulders and head clearly trying to make up time before the end of the session. Not only did it not last an hour, it wasn't reflexology. And then to top it all off, the therapist asked if we could finish 10 minutes early so she could go and be sick. I got dressed again and then she came back and told me she had just thrown up, without offering me any form of refund or compensation for the shortened treatment.

Staff that greeted me was very pleasant and friendly, venue was nice and clean, easy to find. The ambient music during the treatment was so quiet I could barely hear it which is a personal preference. I didn't really enjoy the reflexology treatment unfortunately
