I am a loyal customer of this spa but was put off by the attitude of the receptionist. Throughout the day (while at work) I received multiple text messages that kept shifting the time of my appointment by 20 minutes. While I was in transit, the appointment time shift back up to 20 minutes earlier, making me late. Expecting a relaxing experience I was instead greeted by an accusatory attitude from certain staff. Luckily Niki made up for this experience with her amazing massage.
