Best afternoon in a beauty salon ever! I’ve been going to Proud Thai for a little while now and today Nelly surpassed all expectations of service. She very kindly offered to re paint my nails as I didn’t like the option I choose. She has a very kind nature and went above and beyond for me today. Would highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for top treatment with good humour thrown into the mix. 10/10 from me and I shall be back ( for shellac next time)

Jilpa does my wax and is great. Very friendly and does a good and quick job - my only comment would be a little too quick at times! But I’m sure that if I asked for it to be done in smaller pieces she would :)
