Overall, I am satisfied. The wax didn’t seem “hot” enough however and it seemed as though it effected the grip of the hair. Sheika (So lovely!) had to do it a few times for a clean finish. I should point out that I was early to the appointment and it was relatively early so perhaps the wax was still heating up, maybe they felt it best to not have me wait. Doesn’t affect my opinion and I’ll be going back.
