Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t very good this time I visited. Old wax with hairs in it stuck to the waxing pots and surfaces didn’t look clean, lots of dust in areas and old hard strings of wax. Just seemed like it needed a deep clean.
My Hollywood wax was okay however was painful majority of the time as they went over the same areas several times, applied the wax very thick and pulled the wax off in incorrect directions. Due to this my skin is very tender and sore in areas even after 24hrs. Leg was a bit better but has also left my skin irritated. This does not usually happen to me (been waxing for several years now).
Sorry but this visit wasn’t up to the standard I would of expected/had previously.
