The facial results are nice but I would not return. The creams kept getting in my eyes. Upon the blackhead treatment, my nose was pinched shut and the steam machine was positioned to blow in my mouth - really unpleasant! I was also told the beautician would have to remain in the room to clear up while I got changed which I found unprofessional... The beautician was very friendly and the atmosphere/music was calm but I would not return for a facial. Maybe a massage.

Lovely relaxing pedicure although it didn’t last an hour as stated and the therapist didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails. The beauty therapist was very friendly and chatty which was nice
