Been to the venue plenty of times and always been good but the head, back and neck massage was terrible. I went as a treat on my birthday and it was horrible - no warming up of the muscles just straight into the deepest force possible, brutal even when asked to be more gentle or that it was hurting a lot! I’m someone who has only deep massage and this was beyond unpleasant. The reflexology was better but a long way from the usual standard at this venue.
