Been here three times now. Fantastic massage every time! Always leave feeling super relaxed. I was a couple minutes late to my appointment but they were so accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit!

Efficient but comfortable massage. Had a 1hr deep tissue massage and was great, they dealt with every part of the body and checked in to see if the pressure was comfortable.

10/10 recommend. I've had two deep tissue massages at Proud Thai Spa and they have been exactly what I needed. Probably would go as far to say two of the best massages I've ever had. It's helped with stress and tension release in muscles, as well as muscle recovery from weight lifting and running. There was a quick stretching bit at the end that completely released my lower back pain. Also well priced. Give your body what it needs and book in at Proud Thai Spa.
