Extremely disappointed with the service here. I specifically discussed with my stylist that I only wanted my hair cut to shoulder length. Instead, she immediately chopped off a massive chunk without checking with me first. When I explicitly told her it was already too short and didn't need to go any higher, she completely ignored my request and kept cutting shorter and shorter. To make matters worse, despite paying a premium, full salon price, I can still clearly see all of my grey hair.

Every colour I asked for was not in stock and felt very rushed as the stylist spent 20 minutes trying to find a colour that was suited to me so in the end I just had to go for something as only had half an hour treatment was left charged the full price
