Awful experience. I booked / payed/ specifically requested a pedicure with classic nail polish. The lady proceeded to destroy my cuticles & hurt my toes, polish the top of my nails (why?!) & started applying a shellac base before I stopped her. She then reluctantly applied regular nail polish - but the product was too old and the result ended being atrocious.
When I complained about the result, a colleague took over and tried to fix the situation as best as she could. Never again.

I had an amazing experience at my eyebrow appointment! The attention to detail was incredible, and my brows turned out perfectly shaped and natural-looking.
