I usually don’t complain. I rather not to go back than saying anything bad about the service face to face - as who am I to judge.Howev, I was even “brave” and opened my mouth, yet i was ignored.My appointment was negotiated to a different time , after a lady washed my hair I have found out she is not the one who is cutting my hair. She had to phone her to come in.The lady was called at 5pm, she got there at 5:15pm.I wanted to have 5cm off from everywhere and she just cut at the back.WTF?
