This is my favourite salon in London by far! I used to live in North London but even though I now live South and I continue to make the trip here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that you feel completely relaxed while getting your treatments! It's a family run business too which I think adds to its charm!
Caroline has cut and coloured my hair perfectly for years taking me through a whole different range of colours she's always able to get the look I want! She's also great with cutting my hair which is curly, which I've had trouble with in the past!
I often get my nails done here too by Lorraine, which always seems to last longer than other places I've been too not sure how she does it but I'm always happy it's money well spent! They also offer sun beds and lots of other beauty treatments which is great because I can get everything I need in one place!
Would highly recommend that people pay Profile a visit!
Its hard to explain how comforting this salon is, but it is such a friendly, non-intimidating, family/team, that make you feel part of them. I have been going for 2 years now and I love all the girls there.
I was new to the area, and I was recommended by a friend to see Lolly at profile after I had a bad experience at a nearby salon. She is absolutley lovely and makes my lashes look perfect everytime, and they seem to last longer than previous ones I have used in other salons. Lolly also does my spraytans perfect as well as my shallac which also last longer than others.
I used to travel to see my previous stylist for years, and when she left the country, I decided to try Trish for my cut and colour which was really scary for me, but she did such a great job that I am now stuck at this salon. I definately recommend this salon.
I have been coming to Profile for many years, and it is a lovely family run business, they make you feel really welcome and are very knowledgeable. Caroline done my hair, colour and cut and I was really pleased with the results, Caroline gave me advice on what would be best for my colouring and made the whole salon experience enjoyable!!! Also great value for money. 😃
Charlotte was great, very friendly! She listened and acknowledged what i wanted and did a great job. The salon is very clean and presentable its a lovely small salon with great services at great value i definitely want to try out the tanning services available!

I have been using Caroline (Hair Dresser and Stylist) for over 10 years! She is the best!! She has taken my hair from a bob to long and wavy, from dark red to blonde, and this year she even put in hair extensions for me. The salon itself is a family run business, great place to go for that special pamper, a one stop shop so to speak! I have had a manicure and pedicure done whilst waiting for my hair colour to develop. Lorraine also does a fantastic facial!! We also had the salon booked out for a hen party, it was brilliant, service was amazing. I would certainly recommend to anyone in the North London/NW6 area xx
