This is my second visit to Profile, but my first cut with Natalie. It was an excellent cut for my tired style. My curls are back and I loved it immediately (Norma takes at least a week a cut to settle in). What I appreciate most from both Natalie, and my previous cut with Trish, is that they asked what you want, listen to what you want but also make a professional recommendation. Not just another “menu cut” but old school professionalism. I think I’ve officially found my salon
