The stylist didn’t seem to know how to use a flat iron or section hair. It was quite bizarre. When I told her that I wasn’t satisfied she blamed it on the quality of my hair. The cut was fine but I could have done a better job of the straightening at home.

I’ve now had my hair cut by Trish 3 times. She’s helped style me through the annoying growing out phase and each time has given good advice and done a great job. Amazing value as well. Would recommend.
