I actually had my first wax with her, she was very kind and accommodating considering the fact that I was flinching and quite nervous. She made me feel calm and relaxed, it was over before I knew it and there was not a single hair to be seen.
She is a wonderful conversationalist and quite obviously, a master beautician.
Mary is most definitely a perfectionist, which is why I always go back to her.

Mary was great, I missed my appointment and she offered me a different time on the same day which was really kind of her and despite me being late, she was still happy to do my manicure and pedicure, both herself and her colleague were wonderful, I would definitely recommend profile hair and beauty. It’s worth it.
