This was my first time trying acupuncture and it was too painful for me to complete the session. I was disappointed as they lied and told me they couldn’t arrange a refund themselves and that I should contact treatwell - when I called treatwell they told me that they were the only people who could arrange the refund. Treatwell sorted it out for me but of course it has put me off coming back here for any other services all together.

This is by far the best Acupuncture clinic I’ve been to, Dr Ding is very experienced and takes his time to listen to your problem areas, assess you and then applies the right treatment (this is done at each session). I’ve incorporated these sessions into my weekly routine to support my well-being and fertility journey and have noticed a difference. They also provide amazing massages and reflexology, 100% would recommend this place.
