I treated myself to a massage 3 years ago and I have not looked back. The atmosphere is gentle, calm and healing. The treatments are professional, friendly and of exceptional quality. Went for relaxing massage but because I have back pain, Alexandra recommended I go for a more sports-type massage. It really helped my back pain and to loosen tension in my shoulders. Would recommend.
