She was rude, unprofes. & uncaring, she was obnoxious & just didn't care she has v. rough hands that felt like I was being scratched, when I complained about this, she rudely said I am not going to apologise, how can a masseuse have rough hands, she just poured oil over my back and just spread it around, she did not massage my legs or any part of my front, she had to put gloves on as her hands were very rough, she left the massage room without saying I am more stressed & was only refunded £20
