It’s cheap but they have damaged my nail bed and the manicurists I’ve had elsewhere since have both flagged that this is due to poor practice

First one in the salon and I absolutely love how welcoming the team are, the space is clean, tidy, fresh. The pedicure treatment is amazing and exactly what I needed after a long week. Highly recommend if you’re getting your toes done to upgrade to the full pedicure experience. The foot mask, steam, hot towel and hot stone part of it is lush!

I consistently end up paying more in cash at the salon, and I'm not sure why. The prices should match what's listed on the website or at least be updated, it's unfair to be charged extra. I always find myself having to argue about why I shouldn't be paying more. On top of that, they gave me the wrong change and forgot to return my glasses, which they were holding while I went to the cash point.
