The technician did not communicate how much time was safe under the lamp, there were power surges which burned skin near cuticles and left them red and sore Nails started to lift after a week and I had to get them removed and redone at another salon (no lifting following that)
Salon intentionally marked appointment as ‘no show’ to avoid commission
